In August 1976, SUSK elected Marijka Hurko as its president. The Executives included: Volodymyr Kuplowsky, Roma Andrusiak, Yarema Kowalchuk, Stefan Huzan, Irka Iwachiw, Roma Kuplowsky, Volodymyr Dashko, John Shalagan, and Taras Pavlyshyn.
