OUR CLUBS/USOS

Does my school have a USO I could join?

Check out the list of schools below to see if your post-secondary institution has an active USO on campus.

SUSK supports more than 25 USOs at post-secondary institutions across Canada. USOs strive to promote Ukrainian language, community and culture, while also fostering a sense of belonging for Ukrainian students on campus. SUSK provides students and USOs with a variety of resources to host events, fundraise, and engage with students to maintain and strengthen their presence.

CREATE A USO

So, you want to start a USO on your campus. Here’s what you need:

Read this guideline that outlines the process of creating or reviving a USO. It highlights how to form your team, become officially recognized at your post-secondary institution, attract members, and much more.

Use this template when creating your constitution for your USO. Edit it according to your USO’s needs and your post-secondary institution’s requirements.

Contact the SUSK Internal Relations Director with your name and email and we will put you in touch with other Ukrainians to help find or set up a USO at your post-secondary institution.

FUNDRAISING

Contact our National Coordinator for new ideas and assistance to partner with local organizations and businesses at national.coordinator@old.susk.ca
